BnBerry is hiring a remote Product Marketing Manager based in Europe. In this role, you will design and execute growth strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and drive revenue. You will transform market insights into compelling campaigns and collaborate closely with product teams to shape our growth.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B/B2C software marketing background (4–6+ years).
- Experience leading positioning, launch, and adoption.
- Ability to turn customer interviews and objections into a clear value story for each ideal customer profile.
- Hands-on experience running Google and/or Meta ad campaigns.
- Hands-on experience building email flows that onboard, activate, and re-activate users.
- Experimentation discipline: writing hypotheses, shipping tests, setting success criteria, and deciding to scale or kill based on results.
- Analytics ownership: defining events, building or reading dashboards, explaining cost per lead, lead quality, activation rate, and payback period.
- Comfortable in Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel/Amplitude.
- Ability to write copy that converts for landing pages, ads, and emails.
- Cross-functional partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering for launches, tracking, and in-product activation points.
- Concise written English, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate during CET-friendly hours.
