About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI observability features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize technical development
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions

- Drive cross-functional alignment across design, marketing, and sales

- Manage end-to-end delivery of product initiatives
- Develop metrics to measure product effectiveness and adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market differentiation
- Facilitate user testing and validation sessions
- Create product documentation and training materials
- Support go-to-market planning and execution
- Advocate for user needs within the development lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards
- Monitor industry trends in machine learning operations
- Refine user workflows based on usability research
- Coordinate with customer success to address feature requests
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Evaluate third-party integrations for platform expansion
- Present product updates to executive stakeholders
- Maintain backlog of product enhancements and bug fixes
- Optimize product onboarding experiences
