Deel is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Equity & Extras team. In this role, you will own Deel's equity offering and add-on products, such as work spaces, consulting, and health insurance. This is a key opportunity to scale a high-growth business redefining global access to work.
What You'll Do
- Build a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility.
- Work cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines.
- Leverage core PM skills to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
- Balance core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
- Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
Nice to Have
- A background in equity-related product lines.
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG).
