Madison Ave Consulting was looking for a Product & Go-to-Market Strategy Lead

Madison Ave Consulting is hiring a Product & Go-to-Market Strategy Lead to drive the strategy and growth of our Salesforce-native product, Pulse. You will shape the product roadmap, lead go-to-market execution, and enable partner channels to scale our SaaS business, aligning product initiatives with customer needs and company goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for the Salesforce product Pulse, aligning with ideal customer profiles and growth objectives.
  • Lead product launch readiness, ensuring seamless packaging and sales enablement.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive course corrections.
  • Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the product roadmap for Pulse, driving product-led growth.
  • Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Work with development teams to prioritize features that improve customer experience, profitability, and scalability.
  • Strengthen collaboration with value-added reseller (VAR) and partner networks to expand reach and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Enable partners through marketing collateral, training, and operational tools that drive adoption and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, GTM Strategy, Revenue/Commercial Operations, or Channel Enablement.
  • SaaS experience required.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product strategy and/or partner-led channels.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market buyer needs and the levers that drive adoption and retention.
  • Strong forecasting, planning, and execution skills with comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
