As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will shape and scale key partner relationships across France, driving revenue growth and market penetration for a global payroll and HR technology platform. You will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and onboarding to performance optimization—ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships, guiding go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives
- Identify high-potential industries and partner profiles to expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns with clear KPIs to maximize partner performance
- Monitor and improve the financial performance of partnerships, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and P&L oversight
- Act as the internal expert on partnership strategy, advising teams across the organization
- Resolve complex partner challenges, proactively manage risks, and align stakeholders around shared objectives
- Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and sustain growth in dynamic environments
- Use data to influence decisions, communicate insights, and coach teams on partnership best practices
Requirements
- Native or full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within fast-paced environments
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects from concept to execution
- Experience in campaign development and copywriting, with an eye for effective messaging
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, fintech, HR tech, or startup settings
