Ecoturn GmbH is hiring a Product Coordinator IT & User Experience (m/w/d) to support the operational day-to-day business with a focus on IT product development. You'll join a mission-driven company creating a meaningful product in the sustainability sector, emphasizing stability, clarity, and implementation within established core processes and systems.
What You'll Do
- Support the development team in implementing new features and optimizations.
- Create requirements, coordinate with developers, and track progress.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing of new functions before go-live.
- Maintain and create documentation, tickets, and internal processes.
- Take on Product Owner responsibility for core platform components: Admin system, Dashboard & Reporting, Userflows.
- Design and optimize user experiences along the customer journey.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze user data to validate hypotheses.
- Monitor KPIs, tracking, and derive data-based measures.
- Coordinate releases, deployment planning, and feature rollouts.
- Help shape product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI, user centricity, and interaction design.
- Technical background with knowledge of APIs, microservices, data architecture, integrations.
- Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and hands-on mentality.
- Fluent German and very good English (business English).

- Interest in sustainability, climate, and CO₂ certificates.
