Lead the evolution of procurement strategy and execution in a fast-growing technology company focused on innovation in AI and digital infrastructure. As Procurement Excellence Manager, you will redesign and streamline end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier identification to payment, ensuring alignment across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and refine the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies and improving cross-functional coordination
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track spend, supplier performance, and process KPIs
- Assess and deploy advanced procurement technologies, including ERP integrations, AI-powered sourcing tools, and automated auditing systems
- Create a comprehensive Procurement Playbook to standardize policies, workflows, and compliance protocols across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies to ensure scalable and consistent procurement practices
Qualifications and Skills
You bring 5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations roles, ideally within a technology or infrastructure-intensive environment. A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven ability to analyze complex processes and implement practical, results-focused improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-regional teams
- Comfort managing competing priorities, tight timelines, and occasional overtime or travel demands
- Adaptive mindset with a focus on problem-solving beyond procedural constraints
- Familiarity with data center projects or tech-sector procurement is advantageous
