About the Role

LSG Group is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to ensure strong operational standards, robust process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Customer Service Center (CSC). In this role, you will safeguard compliance, enhance production efficiency, and support the achievement of CSC budgetary and performance goals. You will champion Lean methodologies, deploy the LSG Sky Chefs Production System, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement activities across the CSC in partnership with site leadership.
  • Deploy and maintain the LSG Production System in alignment with corporate and regional operational standards.
  • Conduct training and coaching on Lean principles, problem‑solving tools, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Support execution of the Regional Operational Excellence Strategy and ensure adherence to related guidelines and policies.
  • Partner with CSC management to help achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Establish continuous improvement goals with leadership and track performance against operational benchmarks.
  • Analyze cost‑reduction opportunities and own the delivery of productivity and process‑driven budget targets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, productivity, cost optimization, and service performance.
  • Facilitate best‑practice sharing and cross‑CSC knowledge transfer throughout the region.
  • Identify, mentor, and train departmental leaders and key employees in Lean practices, problem‑solving, and production system methodologies.
  • Serve as a change agent, promoting an environment of operational excellence and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5–7 years of experience in developing and implementing process or production methodologies.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, facilitate improvement events, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean concepts, including Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies.
  • Proven success in implementing Lean manufacturing initiatives and redesigning processes for measurable improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong delegation and follow‑up skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable.
  • Proficiency in Windows‑based software and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

Nice to Have

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Master) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with TQM and Change Management is a plus.

Works in close alignment with corporate and regional teams and site leadership.

Work Mode

This role is fully onsite at our Miami, USA location (33142).
