Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and market dynamics.
- Supervise junior team members by assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and promoting skill development through structured feedback.
- Monitor campaign budgets, recommend adjustments, and ensure efficient use of resources across platforms.

What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in paid search or digital media buying, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Walmart platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities, with a track record of building trust and leading discussions.
