At Risk Strategies, a Great Place to Work certified company, we are looking for a Private Client Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic advisor for our high net worth clientele. In this integral role, you will develop cohesive relationships, educate clients on protection opportunities, and drive enterprise growth through cross-sell initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain constructive relationships by meeting and exceeding service expectations for your assigned book of business.
- Actively service and retain existing accounts to mitigate client risk and exposure.
- Maintain system records by documenting service, marketing, and policy communications in the agency management system.
- Respond to client inquiries, service requests, and claims issues within established timelines.
- Participate in the retention of renewal business.
- Execute coverage analysis, identify gaps, provide quotes for additional coverages, and document proposals and client decisions.
- Interact with Producers and PCS Leaders to make coverage recommendations and engage in account rounding activities.
- Market, analyze, negotiate, and prepare carrier renewals, including alternative options.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the PCS Regional Leader.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of High Net Worth personal lines client management experience.
- Valid Property & Casualty brokers’ license.
- Extensive knowledge of Private Client underwriting, coverage, and procedures.
- Ability to clearly articulate these products and coverages to clients and underwriters.
- Understanding of marketplace trends and best practices to meet clients’ needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks with interruptions and changing priorities.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- A college degree.
- Industry-specific designations such as CAPI, CPRIA, CIC, or similar.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems: AMS 360, WorkSmart, and EPIC.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $85,000 - $110,000.
