Responsibilities
- Carry out diverse design and analytical tasks for highway and road projects
- Evaluate vertical and horizontal alignments, assess cross-sectional data, compute super-elevations, and manage grading and permit documentation
- Conduct advanced engineering calculations, material quantity surveys, cost estimations, and field assessments
- Develop designs using advanced software platforms such as Microstation, InRoads, Open Roads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and construction-related documentation
- Engage in regular coordination across multiple engineering disciplines
- Generate detailed procurement requests for materials and equipment
- Evaluate technical submissions from suppliers and analyze bid proposals
- Create and distribute engineering specifications, datasheets, and related documents
