About the Role

Medtronic is looking for a Principal Remote Sales Representative to join our Cardiovascular Portfolio. In this role, you will be critical to driving sales growth and expanding our market presence by leveraging remote communication methods to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management, primarily using email, phone, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals using virtual platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep knowledge of sales, typically obtained through education combined with extensive experience.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience.

Nice to Have

  • Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Experience in account management and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
