BE Power Equipment is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to establish and maintain business relationships with agricultural and industrial dealers across a four-state territory (CA, UT, NV, AZ). This role involves uncovering and growing new opportunities through extensive travel, including overnight and extended trips.
What You'll Do
- Develop our distribution network while building positive relationships with dealers and customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including field demonstrations.
- Perform market analysis and demand-driven development of our products.
- Provide onsite marketing, technical, and operational training for authorized dealers and customers.
- Manage the sales territory, working closely with dealers and customers to generate sales growth and ensure satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, and participate in regional farm shows, dealer meetings, and field training programs.
- Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, and service.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
- Farm and/or agricultural equipment experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, flexible and highly service-oriented.
- Technical aptitude and mechanically inclined.
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do and results-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
- Sales experience in the agriculture industry.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice to Have
- Post-secondary education, preferred in business or mechanical trade.
- 3-5 years territory management experience in the agriculture equipment industry.
Team & Environment
You will report to the National Sales Manager based in Washington state.

Work Mode
This is a field-based sales position requiring travel throughout the local country. The territory includes California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona, with 40-50% travel including overnight and extended trips.
