Dandy is looking for a Principal Product Marketer to lead the full go-to-market strategy for its branded hardware products. You will translate customer needs into strategies that bring innovative products to market and ensure their enduring success.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead our end-to-end GTM strategy for new hardware products from concept through launch and ongoing adoption.
- Partner with Product and Hardware teams to translate deep customer insights into compelling products and features that drive differentiation.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that cut through noise in competitive markets.
- Drive coordinated launch execution across GTM teams, aligned cross-functionally to Product, Engineering, and Hardware.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize future GTM efforts based on ongoing learnings.
- Partner with Creative to ensure every customer touchpoint, from digital advertising to product packaging, tells a compelling brand story.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Creative to create memorable campaigns that generate awareness, excitement, and pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years in product marketing.
- A demonstrated track record of crafting compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to take complex concepts and distill them into simple and compelling narratives.
- Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas.
- A proven track record in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to drive clarity and decisions, plus the organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
