Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within a fast-growing fintech marketplace focused on auto loan refinancing. You will own a core product domain, driving measurable business outcomes through visionary leadership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with company strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with research, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to build user-centered, data-driven products.
- Lead rapid experimentation and optimization to improve funnel performance and conversion metrics.
- Drive scalable product development workflows and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage domain-specific outcomes such as scaling lender participation, optimizing loan conversion rates, or enhancing marketing funnel efficiency, depending on assigned focus area.
- Balance long-term strategic initiatives with fast-paced iteration to achieve measurable business impact.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and experimentation to inform decisions.
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and data teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining focus on outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience within technology, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience applying AI or automation technologies to product development or optimization.

- Competitive compensation range of $173,000 to $217,000 plus eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
