About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within a fast-growing fintech marketplace focused on auto loan refinancing. You will own a core product domain, driving measurable business outcomes through visionary leadership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with company strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with research, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to build user-centered, data-driven products.
  • Lead rapid experimentation and optimization to improve funnel performance and conversion metrics.
  • Drive scalable product development workflows and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage domain-specific outcomes such as scaling lender participation, optimizing loan conversion rates, or enhancing marketing funnel efficiency, depending on assigned focus area.
  • Balance long-term strategic initiatives with fast-paced iteration to achieve measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and data teams.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining focus on outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within technology, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience applying AI or automation technologies to product development or optimization.

  • Competitive compensation range of $173,000 to $217,000 plus eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
