Digital Product Manager Expert (Hybrid) – Shape the future of secure digital product development within a forward-thinking, product-driven environment. This role leads end-to-end ownership of security-centric solutions, aligning product vision with enterprise risk, compliance, and long-term scalability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes tied to security posture and compliance alignment.
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to guide decisions, validate assumptions, and drive adoption.
- Design for scale by anticipating emerging threats and evolving regulatory demands, ensuring products adapt to future needs.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools into workflows to streamline development tasks, enhance decision accuracy, and improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to embed secure-by-default capabilities into developer environments, including IDEs and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage backlog prioritization, refine user stories, and lead iterative delivery using Agile practices.
- Facilitate product ceremonies and maintain transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years managing digital product backlogs, including scoping, discovery, and Agile delivery.
- At least 1 year mentoring junior product professionals across technology teams.
- Proven knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevSecOps, and policy-as-code practices.
- Experience defining success metrics and driving strategy with data-backed insights.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation in security workflows, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA), secrets management (Vault/KMS), IAM/PAM, and cloud security posture management.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), PaaS environments, and tools such as Postman, Mural, Figma, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Cursor to enhance productivity.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CSSLP, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous.
