Lime is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Core Rider Experience. In this role, you will enhance and revolutionize the customer experience through our mobile app and other platforms, focusing on growth, onboarding, first trip activation, and ongoing engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience.
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction.
- Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading onboarding and activation areas.
- Experience in mobility or transportation fields.
- Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Prior experience and comfort in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
- Previous Mobility or Transportation experience.

You will be part of the Core Rider product team within the Rider team at Lime.
Work Mode
This role is open to candidates located in the US and Canada.
