EX Squared is hiring a Principal Client Executive to be the strategic lead for our most important client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client success and fostering long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise clients
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Monitor account health and proactively manage risks and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior client-facing role, such as Account Director or Strategic Client Partner
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex, high-value enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fully remote environment

This is a fully remote position. You must be located and authorized to work in Czechia.
