About the Role

The Prime Territory Account Executive - Tableau (Enterprise market) at Salesforce is responsible for driving sales and closing opportunities within the enterprise segment by engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the full Tableau analytics platform. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, identifying business value, and expanding Salesforce investments through strategic selling.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Tableau platform
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision makers
  • Help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments
  • Use new business development skills to develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Drive sales and close opportunities at new and existing accounts in the enterprise segment
  • Acquire new logos within assigned territory
  • Speak to business offerings as they relate to the customer’s needs
  • Engage other resources as required
  • Manage high volume of accounts and sales

What We're Looking For

  • 7-10+ years of technology sales experience
  • Experience in a quota carrying sales role looking after end-to-end sales processes
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with enterprise market segment in the technology sales industry
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling in the software industry or technical sales experience (e.g. SaaS)
  • Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence
  • Prior use of Salesforce/Tableau (advantageous but not required)
  • A genuine passion for technology, disruption and innovation
