As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in advancing how medical device organizations manage quality and regulatory compliance. You'll engage with inbound leads, identify customer pain points, and guide them toward a modern, cloud-based solution that streamlines their processes and ensures adherence to industry standards.
What You’ll Do
- Sell an enterprise-grade eQMS platform tailored to the needs of medical device companies
- Convert qualified leads into closed deals by applying a structured, repeatable sales process
- Manage your pipeline with precision, prioritizing follow-ups and maintaining momentum across complex sales cycles
- Exceed monthly revenue targets by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning them with platform capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand brand visibility and generate new opportunities
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to position the solution effectively
What We’re Looking For
You bring a proven background in SaaS sales with a history of exceeding quota. You’re skilled at uncovering customer needs, navigating technical discussions, and guiding stakeholders toward confident buying decisions. Your communication style is clear, consultative, and persuasive—whether in writing, on calls, or during live demonstrations.
- 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales roles
- Strong ability to lead discovery calls, deliver compelling presentations, and handle objections with confidence
- Proven success in complex, multi-touch sales environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and grow within a team-oriented culture
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

- Background in the medical device or regulatory compliance industry
- Prior experience selling into highly regulated sectors
