DSV is looking for a Pricing Analyst to ensure high-quality data acquisition, processing, and report delivery for our clients. You will work within a structured team to maintain operational excellence and support continuous improvement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform defined customer and non-customer facing support activities on behalf of the Account Owner.
- Identify and communicate issues and challenges to the respective Account Owner.
- Complete assigned tasks according to deployed documentation for enrolled accounts.
- Establish communication with Account Owners, Stakeholders, and globally located departments.
- Update documentation related to the product-provided process.
- Provide first-level support for queries related to data quality in specific reports.
- Work on problems and projects from moderately to considerable complexity.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for performed processes and implement them once agreed with your supervisor.
- Provide training to other team members and act as a buddy for newcomers.
- Share your point of view regarding performed tasks and processes in a constructive manner.
- Respond to emails within a maximum of two working days.
- Comply with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers' orders.
- Maintain behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
- Develop professional skills through training and constant self-education.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with an Account Owner, support Junior Account Managers, and train new team members. You will report to a Superior or Account Owner.
