Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate HR data maintenance across multiple platforms by collaborating with business unit managers.
- Conduct audits and reconcile payments to vendors for employee savings bank deductions.
- Manage financial settlements related to employee pension plan contributions and vendor invoicing.
- Verify and process payments to providers for major medical expense insurance deducted from payroll.
- Oversee reconciliation of supplier payments for employee food and restaurant voucher programs.
- Administer stock plan deductions and ensure accurate disbursements to external financial partners.
- Supervise company vehicle programs in Mexico, including fuel allowances, insurance, and maintenance logistics.
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries via the ASKRH platform while meeting established service level agreements.
- Administer and communicate employee benefits packages and maintain up-to-date content on the company portal.
- Coordinate committee meetings related to investment fund changes and savings bank policy decisions.
- Perform actuarial analyses and prepare semi-annual reports on financial exposure from potential retirement-related terminations.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as Mexico Health Week, Benefits Fair, and other HR campaigns.
