About the Role

The Hershey Company is looking for a Senior HR Analyst to lead and guide our Mexico HR Services & Benefits team. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and effective update of employee information across systems, acting as the subject matter expert for benefits, and driving compliance and process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the correct management of HR data in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy.
  • Audit, conciliate, and administer payments to suppliers for employee benefits including Savings Bank, Pension Plan, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Restaurant/Food coupons, and Stocks Plan.
  • Supervise the Car allowance program, gasoline coupons, insurances, and maintenance for the Mexico fleet.
  • Manage employee questions and requests about benefits via the ASKRH platform, maintaining SLA targets.
  • Communicate, manage, and administer benefits packages.
  • Keep the company website updated with Benefits, Policies, news, and announcements.
  • Lead the organization of committee meetings regarding investment funds and savings bank.
  • Perform actuarial calculations and semi-annual reports to assess the financial impact of potential retirements.
  • Organize Mexico health week, Benefits Fair, and other HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • BS Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years in administration of Benefits processes and HR Systems.
  • Knowledge of Benefits and Human Resources processes and applicable laws.
  • HR Systems Administration experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, Service Now.
  • Knowledge in Mexican labor law (LFT), social security (IMSS), housing fund (FONACOT), and other applicable labor laws.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • High level of integrity and ability to deal with confidential information.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SuccessFactors, and SAP.
  • Business and process knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to independently execute responsibilities incorporating proactive analytical thinking.
  • Strong customer service skills accompanied with excellent communication skills.
