Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for resolving escalated issues and inquiries related to SuccessFactors and associated HR systems, including modules such as Employee Central, Position Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and Compensation.
- Diagnose and resolve SuccessFactors incidents using Admin Center utilities like Execution Manager, Scheduled Job Manager, Monitor Jobs, and Manage Data, supported by vendor resources and internal procedures, escalating to SAP when necessary.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SuccessFactors, covering configuration choices, data model modifications, workflows, and user-facing job aids.
- Design and execute test plans and scripts for SuccessFactors, including regression testing, user acceptance testing, and role-based permission validation; coordinate testing efforts and document outcomes and approvals.
- Engage in data governance and audit activities for SuccessFactors to uphold data accuracy and compliance, focusing on employee and position records, foundation objects, and workflow controls.
- Support bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases by evaluating release notes, analyzing functional impacts, configuring new features, conducting preview testing, and managing change readiness and communications.
- Produce operational and on-demand reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Ad H0c Reports, Table/Canvas, and Stories/People Analytics, ensuring effective use and governance of reporting capabilities.
- Carry out routine administration and configuration tasks in SuccessFactors, including data imports and exports, bulk data updates, email and notification template revisions, learning content assignments, and minor system adjustments under change control protocols.
- Collaborate with HR teams to define, configure, test, train, and stabilize SuccessFactors improvements from initial request through deployment.
- Monitor system integrations and data exchanges—such as HR/payroll interfaces, single sign-on, identity management, and downstream data feeds—and troubleshoot data discrepancies to maintain high data quality.
