Qorvo is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join a collaborative team responsible for our HRIS ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central and Position Management) and SAP HCM, partnering with HR Connect and key stakeholders to strategically leverage system capabilities for scalable operations and an improved employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a point of escalation for SuccessFactors and related HR systems issues across supported modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using Admin Center tools, vendor resources, and internal runbooks.
- Maintain comprehensive SuccessFactors configuration, data model, and workflow documentation.
- Create and execute test plans for regression, UAT, and security validation, coordinating testers and documenting results.
- Participate in data governance and audit processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support bi-annual SuccessFactors releases by reviewing notes, assessing impact, configuring features, and performing testing.
- Deliver operational and ad hoc reporting using SuccessFactors reporting tools and ensure solutions are leveraged effectively.
- Perform basic administration tasks like data imports/exports, mass changes, email template updates, and minor configuration.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to design and implement enhancements from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
- Monitor integrations and data flows to proactively analyze and resolve data quality issues.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing administrative tasks within SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and Position Management.
- Exposure to one or more additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration: Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, picklists, foundation objects, and MDF objects.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience executing test scripts across HR functional areas, including validation and end-to-end integration testing.
- Demonstrated ability to use deductive reasoning to evaluate information, identify patterns, and draw accurate conclusions.
- Ability to independently research and resolve issues using SAP SuccessFactors resources and knowledge articles.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors bi-annual releases, regression/UAT, and change control.
- Familiarity with Admin Center monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with SAP HCM.
- Understanding of HR technology best practices (data governance, security, controls) and relevant metrics for global operations.
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors in a large, multinational environment.
- Strong reporting and analytical mindset; experience with SuccessFactors reporting or People Analytics.
- Ability to think on your feet, resolve problems, and remove roadblocks.
- Appetite for innovation and process improvement.
