The Hershey Company is looking for an Analyst, Customer Planning to serve as an expert in building customer sales and trade plans. You will work closely with assigned customers to develop their annual plans, gaining an in-depth understanding of their strategies and trade spend opportunities while ensuring data accuracy in our systems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct monthly reviews of KPIs, R&Os, and operational execution.
- Work cross-functionally toward the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.
- Assist in annual plan activities between home office and customer teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to explore program, item, and merchandising opportunities.
- Develop expertise in PlanEx usage and provide relevant reporting to assigned sales teams.
- Be directly tied to improving your customer’s sales and trade forecasting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Demand Planning, Sales, Category Management, Analytics, or other relevant roles.

- PlanEx (Trade Promotion Management system)
