Extreme Networks is hiring a Premier Success Manager for our operations in Italy. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for service delivery and customer success, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their partnership with us.
What You'll Do
- Lead service delivery engagements for key accounts in Italy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term success.
- Proactively manage customer health, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal technical and account teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our product and service teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or professional services role.
- Strong understanding of IT services delivery and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English.
