What You'll Do
Support sales efforts by providing technical insight during customer meetings and helping shape solutions that meet client needs. Lead product demonstrations, webinars, and on-site training sessions for distributors, installers, and internal teams. Showcase new features and systems, ensuring technical partners fully understand installation, configuration, and benefits.
Design and deliver technical seminars at trade shows and industry events. Gather market intelligence by analyzing competitor offerings and identifying key differentiators. Work closely with the sales team to interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Contribute to product development by testing new features and helping create accurate, clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in IT, electronics engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with alarm systems, IP-based video surveillance, and access control technologies
- Possess practical knowledge of designing or installing security, fire alarm, or telecommunications systems
- Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical audiences
- Be self-driven, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Be willing and able to travel regularly within Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering technical training or public speaking engagements is a strong advantage. A proactive attitude and natural enthusiasm for technology will help you succeed in this role.
