What You'll Do
Guide both new and experienced mining equipment operators through immersive training sessions using high-fidelity simulation systems. You will lead practical coaching exercises, assess performance, and support ongoing skill development tailored to real-world operating conditions. Your work will directly contribute to safer, more efficient, and equipment-conscious practices on site.
Organize and manage daily training schedules and learning plans, ensuring alignment with operational demands. Collaborate with supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction that reflects current best practices in surface and underground mining environments.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience delivering training in mining operations
- Proven experience operating mining machinery in surface or underground settings
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional techniques
- Clear commitment to safety and adherence to safe work procedures
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with industry best practices for productivity and equipment care
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience delivering training using simulation platforms
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
