About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for aspiring and established U.S. authors, guiding them through Spines’ publishing solutions via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your role is central to building trust, addressing client goals, and delivering clear, compelling insights about how our platform supports authors in achieving their publishing ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential authors through outbound calls, personalized emails, and scheduled online sessions.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Spines’ services, tailoring presentations to individual author needs and goals.
  • Respond to questions, guide clients through the publishing journey, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion effectiveness.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and progress in the CRM system to maintain transparency and continuity.
  • Consistently aim to meet or surpass monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in sales, ideally with experience serving international clients.
  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to build rapport and understand client motivations.
  • Self-driven attitude with a focus on accountability and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and digital tools for tracking sales activities.
