Your role is central to building trust, addressing client goals, and delivering clear, compelling insights about how our platform supports authors in achieving their publishing ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential authors through outbound calls, personalized emails, and scheduled online sessions.
- Clearly communicate the value of Spines’ services, tailoring presentations to individual author needs and goals.
- Respond to questions, guide clients through the publishing journey, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion effectiveness.
