Doctor Kimchi is looking for a PraktikantIn/WerkstudentIn in Venture Development to help build and expand our venture in Germany and beyond. You will work directly with our senior founders, applying your skills in a hands-on role that offers real responsibility and a steep learning curve.
What You'll Do
- Build the venture and expand our reach on the German market, with further markets planned.
- Support the venture in one or multiple focus areas, taking on meaningful tasks.
- In Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management: help develop and implement marketing strategy, define market-facing communication, and build followership.
- In Business- and Product Development: help further shape our product and service portfolio.
- In Sales & Go-To-Market Development: help develop sales channels and support clients.
- In Production: help scale our production capabilities.
- In IT Support, Web/App Development, Webshop management: help design, build, and manage the company's technology.
What We're Looking For
- You are a student (Bachelor's – year 2 or Master's – any year) based in Munich.
- Strong motivation to help build and grow a business; a hands-on, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Clear and goal-directed communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in German is required.
Nice to Have
- Interest in food, health, and fitness topics.
- You are a native German speaker, with strong skills in written English.
- Practical experience and/or academic background in at least one of the listed focus areas.
- Previous experience working in startups.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a small team of 1-10 Mitarbeitende and work directly with senior, professional, and down-to-earth founders.
