Doctor Kimchi is looking for a PraktikantIn/WerkstudentIn in Venture Development to help build and expand our venture in Germany and beyond. You will work directly with our senior founders, applying your skills in a hands-on role that offers real responsibility and a steep learning curve.

What You'll Do

Build the venture and expand our reach on the German market, with further markets planned.
Support the venture in one or multiple focus areas, taking on meaningful tasks.
In Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management: help develop and implement marketing strategy, define market-facing communication, and build followership.
In Business- and Product Development: help further shape our product and service portfolio.
In Sales & Go-To-Market Development: help develop sales channels and support clients.
In Production: help scale our production capabilities.
In IT Support, Web/App Development, Webshop management: help design, build, and manage the company's technology.

What We're Looking For

You are a student (Bachelor's – year 2 or Master's – any year) based in Munich.
Strong motivation to help build and grow a business; a hands-on, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Clear and goal-directed communication and decision-making skills.
Fluency in German is required.

Nice to Have

Interest in food, health, and fitness topics.
You are a native German speaker, with strong skills in written English.
Practical experience and/or academic background in at least one of the listed focus areas.
Previous experience working in startups.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a small team of 1-10 Mitarbeitende and work directly with senior, professional, and down-to-earth founders.
