Open Doors ABA is looking for a Practice Support Associate to be the front-line support for ABA practice owners, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding through ongoing operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting practice success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for practice owners, answering questions, providing updates, and reinforcing workflows.
- Respond to support tickets within defined SLAs, using internal documentation and escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct regular weekly and monthly audits related to authorizations, documentation, and operational compliance.
- Support the credentialing and contracting process by tracking form completion, verifying documents, and following up on missing items.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including RCM, Quality & Compliance, HR-Ops, and Product—to resolve outstanding issues and keep provider records current.
- Maintain internal trackers and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Adapt and take on evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer support.
- A highly organized, detail-obsessed individual who can juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across channels like email, Slack, and Google Meet.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience with support or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Previous startup experience.

You will collaborate closely with Provider Success Managers and cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive operational efficiency.
