Open Doors ABA is hiring an Onboarding Associate to manage new hire onboarding, HR documentation, credentialing support, and general HR operations. This role is central to creating a seamless employee experience and ensuring compliance within our mission-driven, fast-paced healthcare startup.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and execute all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, coordinate new hire paperwork, and manage documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain documentation for annual renewals (e.g., licenses, certifications) and manage background check processes.
- Provide support for credentialing processes, assisting with documentation collection, data entry, and tracking for provider enrollment.
- Assist with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) related administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as a key point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all HR and operational needs are met.
- Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives, including assisting with policy implementation.
- Assist with termination processes as needed.
- Adapt responsibilities to meet the evolving needs of the organization as it grows.
What We're Looking For
- Based in the Philippines.
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative support or HR experience.
- Foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, new hires, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and CRM/support software.
- Comfortable learning new HRIS, EHR, or similar management tools.
- Passion for our mission to democratize autism care and empower providers.
- Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, and navigating ambiguity.

- Experience ideally within a healthcare setting or a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and basic credentialing/RCM standards.
