Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Business Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide the highest level of customer service to contractors, PMO partners, and internal teams. You will be the contractor's sole point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are completed before starting an assignment. You will also manage queries, changes, extensions, and offboarding while adhering to operational compliance, supporting our mission to transform the way the world acquires talent.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Act as the sole point of contact for all contractor queries, proactively seeking solutions and escalating where appropriate.
- Complete candidate background checks including referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks.
- Issue contracts to candidates in line with internal and client procedures.
- Audit and administer provided documents to ensure they meet internal policies.
- Conduct peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs.
- Adhere to client and internal onboarding requirements.
- Understand and apply legislation affecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation.
- Advise PMO and contractors on policies, compliance, and other information affecting the business or individual.
- Understand right-to-work requirements and restrictions, applying working knowledge to applicable contractors.
- Responsible for data entry, validation, and integrity for all information entered into Allegis internal systems.
- Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis internal systems.
- Update contractor onboarding status to the PMO.
- Support the Time & Expense Associate with the Adjustment process, contacting external stakeholders where required.
- Partner with Time & Expense Associates to resolve internal business queries.
- Support the Time & Expense Associate and PMO with ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Develop strong relationships with PMO partners and peers in other departments to support the strategic aims of the business.
- Attend periodical internal training sessions on compliance matters and legislation.
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested by your manager.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with locations in Bracknell, London, Birmingham, and client site locations across the UK.
