Role Overview
As a PPC Specialist focused on Google Ads, you will take ownership of campaign creation, management, and continuous improvement across search, display, and performance marketing channels. Your work will directly influence campaign efficiency and business growth through precise execution and strategic adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy search and display campaigns aligned with strategic goals
- Configure keyword strategies using appropriate match types and targeting methods
- Upload, test, and maintain ad creatives and extensions for optimal performance
- Monitor campaign pacing, adjust bids and budgets based on real-time data
- Conduct regular search term reviews to capture value and block irrelevant traffic
- Refine keyword structures to ensure clarity, scalability, and efficiency
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in performance data
- Collaborate with team leads to share insights and support reporting needs
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all advertising platforms

Compensation & Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in LATAM. The monthly salary range is $1,800 – $3,200. No equity is offered at this time. The role requires consistent engagement with Google Ads and a disciplined approach to campaign management.
