Crypto Banter is hiring a Podcasts Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our podcast content. You will be responsible for shaping the voice and direction of our audio offerings in the dynamic cryptocurrency space.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the end-to-end production process for all podcast series
- Plan content calendars, book guests, and oversee recording sessions
- Edit and publish episodes, ensuring high audio quality and brand consistency
- Analyze listener data and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote podcast content

- Proven experience managing a podcast channel or audio content production
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
