We are looking for a Plan Sponsor Support Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of our plan document drafting team. In this role, you will develop processes and coach your team to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant drafting services that meet client expectations and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Direct support operations for plan sponsors, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline plan sponsor support activities, optimizing efficiency and service quality.
- Develop, coach, and provide performance feedback to a team of support professionals to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for plan sponsors, addressing complex inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, account management, and product development to share customer insights and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations in all plan sponsor support activities.
- Administer regular performance evaluations and audits to assess support operations, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in plan sponsor support to deliver exceptional services.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plan setup, benefits administration, account management, operations, and/or enrollment.
- Health insurance or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience.
- Proven leadership experience leading a team.
- Strong cross-collaboration and communication skills.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
- Adept at business intelligence.

Team & Environment
You will manage the plan document drafting team, which consists of approximately 13 employees.

- Compensation Range: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00
