In this remote role, you will handle substantive legal work, including research, drafting, and case management for complex litigation matters. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to identify relevant precedent and support active class action litigation.
- Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents using firm templates while adapting prior pleadings to new matters.
- Manage litigation deadlines, court calendars, and organize case files to maintain efficient document management systems.
- Review and summarize discovery materials, deposition transcripts, and support factual investigations including records gathering.
- Prepare legal correspondence, notices, and court filings for both state and federal jurisdictions.
- Support all phases of litigation from complaint filing through discovery.
