Allstate is looking for a PIP/MedPay Claims Associate to investigate and confirm the facts of loss for automobile accidents. You will determine coverage, liability, and damages, adjusting and negotiating claims within your authority as part of a winning team making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion within an increased level of authority.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle appropriately.
- Partner with assigned representatives from fraud or subrogation areas to achieve the best outcome on applicable claims.
- Identify customer needs and use appropriate customer service skills to meet them.
- Apply an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage.
What We're Looking For
- Must have a Florida Adjuster License.
Nice to Have
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Team & Environment
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00.
