About the Role

Bright Horizons is looking for an Instructional Coach to provide leadership within our early education community. You will lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
  • Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with families.
  • Mentor new teachers and serve as a role model for the teaching team.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to create engaging curriculum.
  • Provide center supervision, curriculum delivery, business management, and customer and client services per Bright Horizons’ policies.
  • Perform a mixture of duties including office/computer/phone-based work, in-person supervision of care delivery and employees, family interactions, and temporarily serve as a supervising caregiver as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
  • Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
  • CDA with an educational plan to complete an associate degree is required.
  • At least three years of professional experience teaching in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.

Nice to Have

  • Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center is preferred.

Team & Environment

This is a leadership role within an early education/preschool child care center.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position at our Bryan West location.
