Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Rehabilitation team at Westfield Memorial Hospital. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with injuries or diseases that cause a loss of physical or functional abilities. You'll be responsible for supervising support personnel and effectively communicating with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
What You'll Do
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to establish goals and a plan of care.
- Involve the patient and family in the care plan according to their capabilities and desires.
- Carry out therapy interventions using standard and specialized physical therapy techniques appropriate for the patient's age and condition.
- Complete all documentation to comply with department, hospital, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in departmental initiatives for operational improvement, including committees and educational offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- New York State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree
- Current state driver’s license

- Compensation Range: $36.41-$57.36
