Solventum is looking for a Billing Verification Lead to support team performance goals, manage escalated tasks, and ensure work is performed accurately and in accordance with procedures and regulations. You will help pioneer innovations at the intersection of health, material, and data science to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Support the team with input and assistance to maintain established performance goals.
- Manage an email box and reporting to ensure all escalated tasks and internal/external customer issues are addressed.
- Provide communication and assign coverage to a team.
- Monitor error trends and provide coaching opportunities to employees.
- Assist with problem resolution and ensure work is performed accurately, and in accordance with department Standard Operating Procedures, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of healthcare or insurance working experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Nice to Have
- An Associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years after high school in the appropriate/applicable field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics with no previous related experience.
- One (1) year of leadership experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
