Join AIA as a Technology Support & Services, Specialist, responsible for managing our information technology infrastructure, applications, and software. You'll provide crucial technical support to internal users, helping us build a healthier, more sustainable future and enable people to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical expertise in the management of network facilities.
- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware including physical servers, laptops, network switches, and routers.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade software and applications.
- Coordinate web system hardware and operating system server software.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to AIA's internal users for computer applications and hardware.
- Explore opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy environment.
- Complete other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support.
- Strong hands-on skills in configuring, installing, and maintaining computer hardware (servers, laptops, switches, routers).
- Experience with server software, operating systems, and web system hardware coordination.
- Ability to provide effective on-site and remote technical support to internal users.
- Initiative to identify and act on opportunities to improve workflows.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in alignment with business goals.
