Sleep Number is looking for a Sales Representative to grow a retail sales career in a team-oriented environment with unlimited earning potential. You will build lifelong customer relationships by conveying passion for our proprietary sleep products and representing the brand with integrity.

What You'll Do

Provide an excellent customer experience by utilizing a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs and leading them through product selection.
Build relationships with customers by proactively communicating product features, benefits, and promotional information, and providing timely follow-up.
Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceeding sales goals.

Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
Adept at using technology for store operations and sales presentations; technology engagers and early adopters preferred.
Second language skills encouraged.
Additional education and training preferred.

This is a team-oriented retail environment. You will report to a Multi-Store Leader.
