Sentara Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will apply your expertise to assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve patient outcomes and quality of life, directly supporting our mission to improve health every day.
What You'll Do
- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions.
- Provide age-appropriate education for clients and their caregivers.
- Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's of Physical Therapy degree.
- Active Virginia License of Physical Therapy.
- Current BLS certification.
