Stream Data Centers is hiring a Physical Security Delivery Manager

Stream Data Centers is looking for a Physical Security Delivery Manager to provide design and project management expertise for all Construction and Operations Security Projects. You will ensure quality projects are delivered on time and on target, coordinating closely with Construction, Operations, and IT teams.

What You'll Do

• Support and manage SDC Construction Data Center and Operations Security Projects to ensure timely delivery for lease commencements and compliance remediations.
• Work closely with SDC Design teams during the design phase to ensure SDC Security standards are implemented.
• Perform Physical Security Design Reviews with the Project Architect and Design Team through all project design deliverables.
• Review Tenant’s Security BOD and ensure requirements are coordinated and captured for Build-to-Suit projects.
• Review and approve Security Bids with General Contractors.
• Review and approve Issue for Construction Security drawings and all bulletins.
• Review RFIs and Submittals associated with the project.
• Manage budgets effectively and mitigate unnecessary change orders.
• Drive projects to completion and provide updates to all stakeholders during all phases.
• Plan and coordinate all activities of security technology projects to ensure all project goals are accomplished.
• Identify and address issues with critical thinking and complex problem solving.
• Host weekly meetings with General Contractors, Security Contractors, and IT teams to manage construction project deliverables and schedules.
• Coordinate and perform Security System Commissioning for all new Data Center builds onsite and remotely.
• Document all critical evolutions, lessons learned, and find possible efficiency gains in processes.
• Ensure a smooth handoff from Construction to Operations by completing internal checklists and hosting a turnover meeting prior to RFS.
• Visit job sites to review installation progress of all Security projects.
• Develop scopes of work to address TVRA assessment vulnerabilities working closely with Compliance and Security Operations teams.
• Manage physical security remediation projects from engagement to closeout.
• Review and coordinate MOPs with Operations teams to ensure work progress happens efficiently and safely.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of Security Project Management experience.
• 3 years of Security Design Consultant experience.
• 2 years of General Construction Experience (Tradesman or Project Manager role).
• 2 years of End User experience with LenelS2 Access Control System (ACS) and Milestone Video Surveillance System (VSS).
• High School Diploma with 5+ years relatable experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or applied science with 2+ years of relatable experience.
• Working knowledge of electronic Key Systems management applications.
• Management/Leadership training and/or practical application experience.
• In-depth, hands-on expertise with designing low-voltage security technology.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Windows Server 2022/2025 Operating Systems.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addresses, MAC addresses, and network communicant protocols).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam REVU.
• Experience with BIM360, Auto Desk, and Construction Project Management software.
• Able to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members and externally with vendors and other service providers.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 30% but may be higher during critical construction project deliverables.

Nice to Have

• 2 years of Physical Security experience in a Live Data Center environment.
• ASIS PSP Certification.
