CVS Health is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Back End Omnicare to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure all medication needs and regulatory standards are met for our patients in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will rotate through various workstations to fulfill orders, manage inventory, and coordinate stock.
What You'll Do
- Rotate and work in various assigned pharmacy workstations including: Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, and Purchasing / Inventory Management.
- Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, and rotate stock.
- Work with an automated system to manage pharmacy stock and source products from vendors.
- Perform physical inventories of medication.
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and be on your feet for most of the day.
- Work in a team setting while maintaining a methodical approach and great attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of Pharmacy experience or 1 year of inventory management.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) or more years of experience managing inventory (stocking, replenishing, purchasing, etc.).
Technical Stack
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Excel, Word and Teams.
