Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the secure and efficient handling of medications throughout the medical center
- Provide accurate, up-to-date drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- Monitor medication use to promote safety, efficacy, and compliance
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support integrated patient care
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists, guiding their development and daily tasks

Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited pharmacy program and hold current licensure as a Pharmacist in Massachusetts. Strong analytical abilities, precision in task execution, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency with digital systems and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
Preferred applicants will have at least two years of clinical pharmacy experience. New graduates must have accumulated two years of equivalent experience as a pharmacy intern in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
