About the Role

EMD Serono is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to act as the strategic link between science and the market. You will be responsible for generating demand and consolidating our brand in the healthcare sector through technical promotion, territory management, and stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present product technical differentiators, clinical studies, and scientific evidence.
  • Strategically manage a panel of doctors and pharmacies in a specific geographic region, organizing efficient visit routes to maximize coverage and results.
  • Conduct direct negotiations with strategic clients and perform deep analysis of sales reports to develop commercial strategies with management.
  • Plan and execute medical-scientific meetings and represent the company at congresses and events to promote continuing medical education.
  • Work in synergy with Institutional Sales and Access teams to identify opportunities in the public sector and remove product entry barriers.
  • Establish high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key accounts through a consultative and scientific approach.
  • Ensure all activities and interactions strictly follow ethical guidelines, company norms, and health authority regulations.

  • A complete undergraduate degree.
  • Ability to build trusting partnerships and maintain a solid contact network in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Technical capacity to manage routes, deadlines, and goals autonomously and productively within your territory.
  • Analytical and strategic profile to interpret market data and transform quantitative goals into efficient action plans.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, persuasively, and with a solid basis.
  • Orientation guided by HIC (High Impact Culture) behaviors as fundamental guiding principles.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving short, medium, and long-term goals while maintaining a business vision.
