Trellis Connect is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team Lead to drive revenue by leading and developing a team of remote call center agents. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will improve agent performance through coaching, analyze sales data to inform strategy, and ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as an expert on Property & Casualty insurance, ensuring high-quality agency decisions.
- Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes, from sales techniques to customer closing.
- Review reports on individual agent performance and sales results, using data to evaluate your team and drive operational changes.
- Regularly coach and mentor a growing team of agents to achieve quotas, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Monitor daily inquiry volume, agent schedules, and adherence, proactively adjusting to support demand.
What We're Looking For
- You have 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- You're an insurance expert with the ability to guide and evaluate P&C decisions.
- You're a creative problem-solver excited to contribute to strategic direction and dive in wherever necessary.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify data requirements, analyze data, and review reports.
- You're highly performance-oriented and able to motivate others in a proactive, positive, and firm manner.
- You have a strong sense of empathy for agents and customers.
