Remote Recruitment is hiring a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management at a vibrant UK-based company. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative and personal tasks in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal tasks
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Screen and respond to incoming communications and inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements, IT requirements, and event logistics
- Assist with personal errands, research, and managing special projects
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is accessible
- Conduct research to support executive decision-making
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives and clients
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Must have access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection
