Vertriebspilot.ai is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search acquisition for HEY HOLY. You will develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across all funnel stages to acquire qualified new customers. You'll join a mission-driven team dedicated to taking dog health to the next level with breed-specific, functional food developed with veterinarians.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (primarily Google & Microsoft Ads) across all funnel stages to acquire qualified new customers.
Create targeted search strategies based on existing search performance and implement them with internal and external partners.
Analyze search intent and audience behavior using keyword data, search insights, reviews, and community feedback to develop relevant messaging hypotheses.
Test new formats, channels, and experimental setups (e.g., Performance Max, Demand Gen, Reddit Ads) and turn them into scalable growth paths.
Evaluate campaign data and user journeys to derive concrete optimization measures for keywords, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Plan and manage the budget based on efficiency and growth goals, ensuring optimal allocation between campaign types.
Stay on top of current SEA trends, AI features, and best practices to continuously improve search excellence.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in SEA / Paid Search.
Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Familiarity with GA4.
Strong understanding of all relevant SEA KPIs and ability to analyze data and spot patterns.
Ability to translate data insights into clear hypotheses, ad copy angles, and landing page optimizations.
Understanding of dog parents' mindset, pain points, and search behavior.
Highly structured, independent, detail-oriented, and proactive working style with a strong bias for action.
Enjoy testing new formats and channels, evaluating results, and turning them into scalable approaches.
Strong English language skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment with a focus on full-funnel new customer acquisition.
Experience with attribution tools or Performance Max setups.
German language skills.
